After successfully registering and setting your account up with VidAds, you can learn the easy way steps to help you guide you through our platform.
Home Dashboard
This is the Default landing page for advertisers. This homepage dashboard helps advertiser to keep up-to-date on publishers activities i.e. who they have invited, new ad spaces added and which campaigns have been accepted/rejected by advertisers from publishers.
Advertisers also have the ability see the “most popular publishers” and “new publishers” on our platform to give you easy access to statistical information.
Add your Advertising campaign
Click ‘Campaigns’ in the top grey navigation menu bar and then ‘Manage campaigns’.
Add new Campaign:
To add your campaign and video just click onto ‘add new’ (top right hand corner)
Campaign Details:
Advertiser will then need to fill out further details.
Upload Video:
Once all details have been filled out and your campaign added successfully, you will then have the option to upload a suitable video.
Edit Campaign:
To edit your existing campaign which you have just added to just go back to ‘Manage Campaigns’ and click onto your existing campaign.
Browse/search Publishers and invite to existing campaigns
Click onto ‘Publisher’ and either choose to search or browse (please note that browse publishers will find the publishers and search looks at the publishers ad space inventory).
Search Results:
Each publisher will list their necessary information including: CPM, type, region, country and what genre which gives you the option to choose what is most suitable for your ad campaign.
Choice of ad space:
One you have clicked on your preferred publisher you will also need to select your first choice of ad space for your specific advertising campaign (If you have 2 or more live campaigns running).
Confirm Invite:
Once clicked on the ad space preferred you will need to stay on the same page and click on the link at the top (see below)
Request to publisher:
You will then need to fill out the required fields i.e. planned impressions, planned spend, CPM, select your video, start and end date and a target URL if necessary. If completed click on ‘submit request to publisher’ which will send an invite to the publisher who can then either choose to accept or reject the invitation. The publisher can decide whether or not accept by looking at what the advertiser has offered i.e. the minimum number of impressions and clicks required, sdvertiser’s revenue offer. Once accepted the publishers can then review the video and copy and paste the code to embed on their available ad space. Your campaign should be live on the publisher’s site all you need to do know is manage and track your campaign…
Overview your campaigns from the main dashboard
Here you will get an up to date overview of your live campaigns running on publisher sites. If you need to make changes to any of your campaigns running, just click onto ‘sdvertiser’ and then onto ‘manage campaigns’.
Crediting Advertiser’s Account
You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay – Just have your credit/debit card ready to hand!
In order to fund your individual campaigns you need to make sure you have appropriate funds available in your campaign. This feature is simple to use either when you add your campaign or by editing your campaign. Just follow the red arrow in the picture below
Once clicked on ‘top up credit’ It will lead you to the following new page:
Just enter the amount you wish to pay which will then lead you to the main PayPal page and then follow the instructions as required. Once funds have been cleared VidAds will update your account accordingly and you will receive an email from PayPal confirming the payment.
